“No need.” Jing Ci breathed a little bit quickly. He clenched the doorknob, and emphasized: “No need.”

Ying Jiao raised his eyebrows: “Why not?” He stuck to the door and looked at Jing Ci: “Didn’t you still want to rub each other’s back with Wu Weicheng before? Why can’t I do that with you?”

Jing Ci didn’t know what was wrong with him.

Obviously, when talking to Wu Weicheng about taking a bath, it is as natural as eating and drinking. But when it comes to Ying Jiao, just thinking about it for a while, makes him feel ashamed.

“I…” He persisted: “You aren’t taking a bath…”

Ying Jiao immediately said: “Then I will take off my clothes now and wash with you.”

Jing Ci’s face flushed.

When Ying Jiao saw this, the smile in his eyes deepened. He stretched out his hand and squeezed Jing Ci’s face, took a step back, and let go of his hand: “Okay, I won’t tease you anymore, go wash.”

Jing Ci breathed a sigh of relief, didn’t even care about him squeezing his face, and quickly closed the door.

Ying Jiao glanced at the closed bathroom door, walked away and sat on the sofa.

The two came out after class, and have not eaten yet. Ying Jiao took out his mobile phone and opened the takeaway app to browse store by store.

In the bathroom, Jing Ci seemed to have begun to wash, and the patterning of water rang on.

Ying Jiao took a deep breath, changed to sit on the end of the sofa farthest from the bathroom, and continued to look at the phone.

However, the sound of the water seemed to be going against him deliberately, always digging into his ears so hard even when he didn’t want to listen.

Ying Jiao was holding the phone, but his eyes gradually lost focus.

The thoughts in his mind ran off like wild horses running off the rein. For a while, he wondered where Jing Ci had washed, and wondered if Jing Ci had used the bathtub he used…

The ears of Ying Jiao, who has always been frivolous, gradually turned red.

Ying Jiao coughed, picked up the remote control to turn on the TV, and turned up the volume.

A popular song played on TV, and a clear male voice was singing: “Burn it…”

Ying Jiao…felt that he was going to burn too.

He glanced down at his pants and cursed in a low voice. He reached for the bottle of mineral water that had just been taken out of the refrigerator, and put it on his face.

“Hiss——” Ying Jiao shuddered suddenly, but the heat in his heart not only didn’t decrease with it, on the contrary, he became more excited with restlessness.

“Fuck.” Ying Jiao threw the mineral water irritably, walked to the window awkwardly, and opened the window.

The cold and humid wind poured in from the window instantly, and Ying Jiao avoided it sideways, took a cigarette from his pocket and lit it on, while smoking and ordering takeaway. He didn’t feel better until the cigarette was almost gone.

He put the cigarette butt out in the ashtray, put down the phone and closed the window.

The sound of water in the bathroom continued, teasing him from time to time. Ying Jiao hummed, threw his phone on the sofa, walked to the bathroom door and knocked.

The sound of water inside suddenly stopped, and then Jing Ci’s somewhat flustered voice came out: “Is there something wrong?”

“Yes,” Ying Jiao leaned against the wall, his voice was a little dumb: “I’m ordering takeout, I wanted to ask if you want to eat lamb.”

“Eat,” Jing Ci wiped the water stains on his face and said, “I’m not a picky eater, anything will do.”

“There is always a preference,” Ying Jiao was quickly blown up by the fire in his body, and reluctantly said: “You open the door, I will hand you the phone, you can see for yourself.”

Jing Ci choked, and immediately said: “No, I will eat whatever you order.”

“Really, really.” Jing Ci was forced by him and said two “really” in a row, for fear that he could not wait to open the door directly.

Jing Ci didn’t feel embarrassed to lock the door in someone else’s house to avoid being rude.

“Okay.” Ying Jiao smiled: “I see, you continue to wash.”

After teasing Jing Ci, Ying Jiao felt much more comfortable. He took another cigarette out of his pocket and held it in his pocket. As soon as he was about to ignite, he suddenly thought that Jing Ci would come out after a while, paused, and threw the lighter.

Ying Jiao’s bathroom is exquisitely decorated, the heating system automatically adjusts the temperature, the shower flow is large, and the water is even. If there wasn’t someone outside, Jing Ci’s bath would be very comfortable.

He didn’t dare to delay too long, because he was afraid that he would miss Mathematics class at night, and he was always uncomfortable thinking about Ying Jiao waiting outside. After a quick rub, he squeezed some shampoo in the palm of his hand and prepared to wash his hair.

When the shower was turned off, he glanced at the storage rack above inadvertently, and his action suddenly stopped.

In a row of washing utensils, there is a bottle of shampoo that is exactly the same as in his hand. Ying Jiao seemed to have used it, and there was still a little light blue liquid on the tip of the bottle.

Jing Ci pursed his lips, looked away, remembering Ying Jiao’s phrase “We both have the same smell”, and his cheeks were a little hot.

After more than half an hour, Jing Ci was thoroughly washed. He wiped off the water drops on his body, dressed neatly, folded his dirty clothes and put them in a plastic bag.

Ying Jiao’s bathroom is equipped with a defogging device on the edge of the mirror, so even if Jing Ci has just taken a shower, there is no mist in the room except for a moist floor.

Jing Ci looked in the bathroom, found a rag from the corner, washed it, and began to wipe the floor little by little.

Ying Jiao noticed that the sound of water in the bathroom had stopped, but after waiting for a long time, no one came out. He endured forbearance, and walked over and knocked on the door.

“I’ll be ready soon.” Jing Ci replied, and continued to wipe the floor.

Hearing that his voice was wrong, Ying Jiao wrinkled his eyebrows and continued to ask: “What are you doing? I’m going in.”

After waiting for a few seconds, Jing Ci did not object. He unscrewed the doorknob, opened the door, and saw Jing Ci squatting on the ground at a glance.

Hearing this movement, Jing Ci turned his head and smiled at him: “It’s almost dry.”

“You…” Ying Jiao was a little speechless for a while, he looked at Jing Ci with a complicated expression: “No need to clean up, there will be an aunt tomorrow.”

Jing Ci was wiping the last line of tiles, and said without raising his head when he heard the words: “It’s easy.”

Ying Jiao’s gaze swept around in the bathroom. He lifted up the unbuttoned shower gel cover that was tightly fastened. The edge of the shampoo bottle was also cleaned up. The tiles on the floor were even more clean, and the floor was wiped quickly. It was clean, and he couldn’t even find any water stains.

Ying Jiao’s heart beat hard, and his chest was stuffy and he was almost speechless.

Jing Ci is really obedient, and it makes people feel distressed.

When he came to his house to take a shower, he cleaned up the used bathroom, for fear that it would cause him trouble.

No one is born sensible, and children who grow up spoiled will always be unscrupulous. But from Jing Ci, Ying Jiao couldn’t see even a little squeamishness.

He is tough, hardworking, sensible, and adaptable. Like a grass, even after wind and rain, it still wants to live unrelentingly.

The lack of sunshine, rain, and fertile soil does not matter. He never depends on other people’s charity, but tries to grasp everything he can grasp, accumulate nutrients little by little, and grow up silently.

Ying Jiao took a step forward and stretched out his hand to pull Jing Ci up.

Unprepared, Jing Ci staggered, holding on to the sink, and he was puzzled: “What’s the matter?”

Ying Jiao closed his eyes and tried to calm himself down: “You don’t need to wipe it.”

“It’s okay,” Jing Ci cast his eyes down and glanced: “There is only one line left, I’ll soon…”

Before he finished speaking, the rag in his hand was suddenly snatched by Ying Jiao.

“That’s right,” Ying Jiao squatted down, pointing to the tiles closest to the shower, and chuckled: “I’m here, how can you do this kind of rough work.”

After finishing speaking, he held the rag and lowered his head and started to wipe.

His movements are very open and close, wipe it here, rub it there, it seems that he has never done this kind of work.

Jing Ci stared at him blankly, and then slowly said after a few seconds: “It’s already clean.”

Ying Jiao exhaled, stood up, and raised his hand to throw the rag aside. The moment he was about to let go, he suddenly remembered Jing Ci’s obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Before his brain could react, his hand had been automatically retracted spontaneously.

He rinsed the rags, tried a few times, folded them into a symmetrical square shape, and put them in the corner.

“Come here.” He beckoned to Jing Ci and turned on the faucet: “Wash your hands and let’s eat.”

The strength used by Ying Jiao was a bit strong, and the water rushed down instantly, falling into the washbasin, splashing all the water on the edge of the washbasin.

Jing Ci took a step back and reached out and turned the faucet off.

Ying Jiao was puzzled, looked at him: “What’s the matter?”

Jing Ci didn’t speak.

He bowed his head, held the cuff of the school uniform with his left hand that hadn’t touched the rag, and folded it up flat, each layer having the same width. He kept his sleeves up to his elbow before he stopped.

Ying Jiao laughed, raised his hand, just about to roll up his sleeve casually, suddenly a slender white hand stretched out next to him.

Ying Jiao’s action paused.

Jing Ci was still silent, saying nothing. Little by little, with the same technique, the sleeves of Ying Jiao were rolled up.

When the two were out of the bathroom, the takeaway happened to be delivered.

Ying Jiao didn’t do any tricks. He only ordered two steamed lamb dumplings, one prairie mixed vegetables, and two grilled lamb chops.

After taking class all afternoon, the two of them were hungry. After sweeping away all the dishes, Ying Jiao glanced at the time and picked up his key: “Go back to school.”

Jing Ci was putting the last takeaway box into the bag, and nodded when he heard the words: “Okay.”

He was carrying a takeaway bag in one hand and his dirty clothes in the other, and he was about to go out.

“Wait.” Ying Jiao squeezed his back collar and dragged him back: “Leave your dirty clothes here. I have an aunt here to wash it, so you don’t have to do it yourself. I’ll give them back to you after it’s dry.”

“No,” Jing Ci refused: “I can just wash it myself.”

Ying Jiao didn’t listen to him, so he snatched the plastic bag in his left hand and threw it on the ground, holding Jing Ci’s wrist: “Go.”

“Wait…” Jing Ci struggled to go back.

Ying Jiao hissed: “Why are you so disobedient.” He opened the door with one hand and pushed Jing Ci outside.

“I…” Jing Ci’s cheeks flushed, turned his head uncomfortably, and whispered: “My underwear is…”

“Cough,” Ying Jiao coughed, it was unknown what he thought of, and his cheeks couldn’t help but feel a little hot.

He let go of Jing Ci: “You can take the underwear, but your coat has to be left. Have you heard?”

After a pause, he added with a chuckle: “Otherwise, don’t take it.”

Jing Ci pursed his lower lip and nodded lightly.

Ying Jiao’s home is very close to the school, less than ten minutes away by bike. When the two entered the school gate, Ying Jiao stopped and waved at the pavilion: “Uncle, I’m back.”

Hearing the sound, the guard raised his head, and when he saw him, he suddenly smiled: “Okay, I got it.” He fumbled around his drawer, took out a small bag of Dongzao, and walked out and handed it to Ying Jiao: “Take it to eat. My wife has washed it all.”

“Oh, there is such a good thing.” Ying Jiao unceremoniously reached out and took it, first stuffed one into Jing Ci’s mouth, and then took one and ate it by himself, chewed and said, “Next time, I’ll bring you cigarettes again, I’m leaving.”

“Let’s go, and study hard.”

There was not enough time, Jing Ci sent his washed utensils to his dormitory first, and then went to the small classroom.

Before entering the door, he turned around and told Ying Jiao: “I will finish that set of analysis papers tonight, and the rest of the time…” He pondered for a while, and said reluctantly: “Do some math problems and take a break.”

Ying Jiao: “…”

Why can doing math problems have something to do with a break?

He reluctantly leaned on the wall and looked at Jing Ci: “I see, little classmate, I promise to complete the task, go in.”

Jing Ci nodded, opened the door and walked in.

Jing Ci came a bit late today, except for him, all the students in the Mathematical Olympiad class arrived.

Zhou Chao was reading a book in his seat. After seeing him, he felt as if he had met his relatives, and grabbed his arm: “Ah, what should I do, I’m a little nervous!”

Jing Ci was in a good mood, and smiled at him: “What are you nervous about?”

“Test results!” Zhou Chao looked at the door and whispered: “I’ll tell you, don’t look at Teacher Zhao who usually smiles, he’s merciless when he scolds people! I was confused about some of the questions. What if I fail the test?!”

“It’s okay,” Jing Ci comforted him: “If you found it difficult, the same goes for others.”

Zhou Chao thought about it, and let go of it a little.

He may be the man who can test the top three in the school, but he is not afraid!

A few minutes later, the bell for the first self-study class rang, and Teacher Zhao stepped in with the book and papers.

In the small classroom, the hearts of more than a dozen people suddenly speed up.

Teacher Zhao’s face didn’t have any trace of joy or anger on his face. He put the paper on the podium and said straightforwardly: “The test results will be announced below!”

Zhou Chao grunted and swallowed.

“Li Wan: 35. You have to keep working hard in order to keep up. After all, our goal is not to aim for 2nd or 3rd for our school.”

“Wang Jin: 40. What’s happened with you Wang Jin? Did you step on stilts during this time? You have drifted so far!”

“Jiang Chong: 75. This score is a bit risky to be in the top ten, you have to keep working hard.”

“Zhou Chao: 80. What are you smiling at? Your big teeth are showing! Do you think this score is quite high?”

Teacher Zhao snorted, raised his right hand, shook the last paper in his hand, and finally showed the first smile upon entering the door: “Jing Ci, 82!”

The small classroom exploded!

Zhou Chao had just left the podium just a few steps. Hearing Jing Ci’s score, he turned back directly, grabbed the paper in Teacher Zhao’s hand, and flipped it left and right.

That’s right, it is indeed 82! Not wrong at all!

He returned to his seat with a dull expression and put the paper on Jing Ci’s table. After a minute of relaxation, his neck froze, and he looked at Jing Ci with a chuckle, “Didn’t you have never studied Olympiad before?”

“Ah,” Jing Ci was studying the paper, and he was very dissatisfied with his score. Hearing Zhou Chao’s words, he raised his head and said, “I learned it.”

When Zhou Chao heard this, his boiling mind was finally balanced. As soon as he was about to say something, he heard Jing Ci continue to say: “I have been studying by myself for several years.”

Zhou Chao: “…”

I hate it!
